Please note that only those aged 65 and over or those who meet the HSE guidelines of having one of the conditions listed in the booking form. If you do not meet this criteria your appointment will not be valid.

In order to reduce the pressure on our phone lines we have started to offer some services online.
Where possible please avail of our online services in order to keep the phone lines free for urgent queries.
- Bloods Bookings
If you require routine blood tests please book via our online booking system.
One of our doctors will review your request and contact you with an available appointment.
- Repeat Prescription
Repeat prescriptions can be prepared by filling out the online form using the link below or call us on our prescription number.
- Routine Appointment
If this is a routine appointment that does not require immediate attention then we will try to accomodate you with our next available routine appointment.

If this is an emergency please contact 112 or 999 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.
