The procedure to follow is:
- You must report your positive antigen test to the HSE using this link: https://antigentesting.hse.ie/
- Once you receive your text message from the HSE, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with patients name , date of birth, and upload screenshot of the text message from the HSE of the positive pcr or positive antigen test. We require this for our records.
- If you require an enhanced illness benefit for Covid19, please advise us in your email that you require this illness benefit to be submitted. Once we receive this information from you we will submit the cert on line to the department of social welfare. If you require a private certificate please advise us of this in the email as well.
- If you are applying for the enhanced illness benefit, you must also apply online using this link: https://services.mywelfare.ie/en/topics/covid-19-payments/covid-19-enhanced-illness-benefit/
